filter Cafe

It has been a minute since I have been at this task in any meaningful way. My first year out on the trike was a whirlwind of fun, excitement, and an immense amount of learning. Since then I have been searching for other avenues in which to express this vision. I have dipped my toe into the world of weddings, and brought my trike to large scale expos. Perhaps one day I will try to bring my offerings to those arenas again, but for the time being they are not for me.

Ultimately, I am seeking connections on a more interpersonal level. The intimate, the one-on-one, the late night, wine sipping, soul baring exploration of what it means to be here on this planet in the year 2025. The trike is meant to ride, and so I will put it out on the town when the time is right. But in the meantime I am fostering a different element to filter Cafe.

I have recently partnered with Reimagine Co as a space to develop the emergent elements of filter Cafe. Kara and Heenal are two extraordinary people expressing their values in the work they do and the community they foster. My focus will be on developing programming for our community to gather and share in story telling, wisdom sharing, and meaning making. As these programs develop, so to will the cafe. Bit-by-bit and with your support, filter Cafe will grow to be a hub for connection and a spot where you can always come to get a warm cup of comfort.
